At this time Green Rainbow is offering a flat rate shipping for the cost of $4.99 for ground shipping, and $22 for express shipping. Express shipment is 2nd day delivery. If you need next day service, please email us at ideas@greenrainbowshop.com for the current shipping rates. All purchases to Canada ship with ground shipping, flat rate of $9.99. If expedited services is needed for Canada please send us an email and we will calculate and inform you of the additional cost for express shipping.Your order will usually be shipped from our warehouse within 24-48 hours. You will usually be notified by email once your order has been shipped. You can track your order on the Fed Ex automated tracking notifications by email.

If shipment of your order will be delayed beyond 3 business days for reasons beyond our control, we will notify you by email as early as possible to notify you of the delay. These situations are usually rare.

Green Rainbow is committed to the highest level of customer service and customer satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make a return, please refer to the following policy: Green Rainbow accepts returns of full priced items within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. All marked down items are sold as final sale and may not be returned. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will provide you with a full refund, less shipping and gift-wrapping charges, provided the item is returned in new and unused condition with all tags still attached. We will not accept a return of any item if there is indication that it has been used, worn or washed.

When returning your purchase, please recycle the packaging and send the merchandise in the same manner in which it was originally packaged. Please chose a shipping method that uses a tracking number or delivery confirmation – Green Rainbow is not responsible for returns that are not received. Returns shipped back after more than 10 days from receipt will not be credited. This will be measured by the date the package was delivered to the customer and the date the package is received back to Green Rainbow.

Refunds will be processed within three business days after receipt of the returned merchandise. The same credit card with which you made the purchase will be credited (less shipping and gift wrapping charges). Depending upon the card used, credits may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. In the unlikely event that something happens during transit, or that there is a manufacturer's defect, we will accept any damaged or defective merchandise for return, but we must be advised within two days of the merchandise being received. Please report a detailed description of the damage or defect to info@greenraibowshop.com immediately, and we will work with you to arrange return/replacement. In order to expedite this process and ensure that a claim can be filed, please take care to retain all of the original packaging, including any boxes, etc.

Coupon codes and promotional gift cards apply only to the subtotal of the order - any sales tax and/or shipping charges must be paid with a credit card.
